What we collect

When you contact us or fill in our form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address and details about the help you need.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to you, give you a quote, deliver the work you ask for and send you invoices. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Access to your systems

When we work on your computers, network or cameras, we only access what the job needs. Passwords we set up are stored in a secure password vault and handed over to you. We never keep copies of camera footage unless you ask us to export it for you.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also delivers what you send through our form to our inbox. Our email and files are kept with reputable cloud providers. They only process your information to provide that service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
